This course describes the various audit documentation requirements in U.S. GAAS and the different other purposes, such as assisting the engagement team in planning and performing the audit, directing and supervising, directing work and reviewing the audit work.
Taxation
Basic Staff Tax Training: Individual
Master the preparation of the individual income tax return! Understand the basics, with a focus on the law and compliance forms associated with Form 1040. This is an overview of the process for new preparers and a refresher for the more seasoned professional.
Advanced Staff Tax Training: Individual

Staff Tax Training: Individual (Form 1040)
This three-day training provides a comprehensive understanding of the federal income tax laws applicable to individuals. It is a hands-on session that includes a comprehensive case study. Participants will walk through the preparation of Form 1040 and related tax schedules, learning complex income tax law.
Staff Tax Training: S Corporations (Form 1120S)
This two-day training provides a comprehensive understanding of the Federal income tax laws applicable to S corporations and their shareholders. The cornerstone of this course is the integration of the most recent tax laws and theories into real-world case scenarios and the preparation and/or review of the IRS tax forms and schedules.
Staff Tax Training: Partnerships and LLCs—Form 1065
This two-day training provides a comprehensive understanding of the Federal income tax laws applicable to partnerships, limited liability companies (LLCs) and limited liability partnerships (LLPs) and their owners. The cornerstone of this course is the integration of the most recent tax laws and theories into real-world case scenarios that teach the preparation and/or review of IRS tax forms and schedules.
Accounting for Income Taxes (ASC 740)
This course provides a basic knowledge of the accounting model, including an overview of the authoritative standards for deferred taxes, income tax expense, uncertain tax positions, and the classification and disclosure requirements in financial reporting for income taxes.
